Strategic HR Partner for Food Solutions Nordics

Unilever Food Solutions operates with a unique business model that emphasizes chefs and field sales to drive demand creation with operators in a Business-to-Business setting. Your Key Responsibilities- You will serve as the HR Business partner of the respective country managers.
- You will be the first point of HR contact for the country teams, ensuring a seamless employee experience journey.
- You will drive and implement the People agenda in respective countries.
- You will manage all Human Resources activities and priorities for the country teams (marketing, CD, finance, chefs...).
- Responsibilities include local Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Employment Law/Legal Compliance, Performance Management, Team Trainings, Learning Sessions, promoting Unilever Learning Agenda, Employee Wellbeing, Overhead management and advising in HR processes.
- You will maintain effective employee relations through regular connection with employees in their functional organization, traveling between countries when needed.
- You must be able to work independently, taking ownership to positively influence the end result.
- Action-oriented, initiating appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes.
- You should have a continuous improvement / simplification mindset and experience.
- Ability to impact and influence different areas of the organization.
- You must proactively work on solutions/ideas/proposals to improve employee experience.
- 3+ years of HR experience in that country.
- Prior knowledge about employee relations, country regulations.
- Experience working in cross-cultural and matrix organizations.
