Business Development Manager for Unilever Food Solutions in the Nordics

Your Responsibilities- You will be the HR Business Partner of the respective country managers, driving and implementing the People agenda in respective countries.
- You will be the first point of contact for country teams for a seamless employee experience journey.
- You will manage all Human Resources activities and priorities for the country teams (marketing, CD, finance, chefs...).
Responsibilities include local Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Employment Law/Legal Compliance, Performance Management, Team Trainings, Learning Sessions, promoting Unilever Learning Agenda, Employee Wellbeing, Overhead management, and advising in HR processes.
