Frontend Infrastructure Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Infrastructure Operations Lead to join our team at STARK GROUP. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the flawless operation of our entire frontend infrastructure in an outsourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage components like Intune and SCCM to ensure smooth frontend infrastructure operations.
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems.
  • Plan and implement changes and releases with minimal disruption to our services.
  • Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance trends to ensure optimal results.
  • Enforce security policies and compliance requirements to protect our systems and data.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans in coordination with partners to ensure timely recovery in case of disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing components like Intune and SCCM.
  • Strong grasp of ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle infrastructure challenges efficiently.
