We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Infrastructure Operations Lead to join our team at STARK Group IT. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our entire backend infrastructure in an outsourced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure through effective collaboration with external partners.
- Act as the main liaison with partners, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues, develop strategies for continuous improvement, and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Security and Infrastructure Operations.
- Plan and implement infrastructure changes and releases, monitor capacity and performance trends, and enforce security policies.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure timely recovery in case of disruptions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of backup, archive, storage, compute, network, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience managing complex infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience in vendor management, including establishing and maintaining effective partnerships, negotiating contracts, and managing performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
