About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Manager to join our team at Photomate, a leading distributor of inverters for photovoltaics and electric energy storage systems. As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing customer demand, providing optimized solutions, and delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform market analysis and suggest sales strategies and product roadmaps
  • Plan and analyze technical demand, product functions, and licenses
  • Analyze development trends in the solar inverter market
  • Conduct competitor strategy and operation analysis
  • Verify technical solutions with customers and optimize them to ensure a leading edge
  • Provide technical training to customers
  • Support project bidding by preparing technical proposals
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department
Requirements
  • Experience in handling complex organizations and projects
  • Ability to communicate technically and commercially
  • Technical background, preferably in electronic, electrical, mechanical, or automatic control engineering
  • Knowledge of photovoltaics, renewable energy, or experience in a similar industry
  • 3 years of sales experience, with 1 year in the solar PV industry and/or energy storage systems
