Qualifications and Personal Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Extensive HR experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Danish.
  • Detail-oriented and diplomatic approach.
  • Collaborative team player with a driven, self-motivated attitude.
