Strategic Operations Director

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team at Work Supply. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing inspired leadership and making important policy and strategic decisions. You will oversee HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards, as well as analyzing and improving organizational processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspired leadership and make important policy and strategic decisions
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
- Assist with recruiting new talent when necessary
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Work with senior stakeholders
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Support worker communication with the management team
About You
We are looking for a candidate with +3 years of experience working as a senior operational manager, with extensive experience in managing a team and project management at a higher level. You should have experience working with one or more PMS systems and have a strong understanding of financial management. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
