We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our omnichannel strategy and customer experience initiatives as a Omnichannel Strategy Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that enhances the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
You will lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities to leverage digital channels, improve customer engagement, and maximize portfolio value. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth.
To succeed in this role, you hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing /Life Sciences or a related field, and have minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing or product management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
