Product Lead

As a Product Lead at IMPACT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of our customers' digital products. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and the IMPACT product team to establish a product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business cases, IT strategies, and solution architecture.
Your primary responsibilities will include defining the right digital products that create value for our clients, ensuring business requirements are uncovered, documented, and communicated to the development team. You will also take a leading role in advising our clients, providing trusted guidance and support to facilitate decision-making.
Your ProfileWe are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in digital product development. You should have a deep understanding of product strategy and road mapping, as well as expertise in product backlog management. You will thrive in the sweet spot between business, experience, and technology, able to translate business strategy and goals into digital solutions.
You will be a natural facilitator and communicator, able to engage with a broad and diverse group of external and internal stakeholders. Your structured approach to work will ensure focus for yourself and the team around you, and you will be ambitious in driving results for our clients.
