This will involve facilitating high-quality decision-making processes, providing strategic direction and leadership to the marketing and omnichannel teams, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Omnichannel Strategy
The Omnichannel Director will be responsible for developing and executing a successful omnichannel strategy that ensures an exceptional customer experience, maximizes the portfolio's value and reach, and enhances the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
Utilize Insights-Driven Decision-MakingThe Omnichannel Director will utilize insights-driven decision-making processes to customize omnichannel strategies for every customer, ensuring that the customer experience is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
Lead Campaign DevelopmentThe Omnichannel Director will lead the development of visual identity brand/portfolio campaigns, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business objectives and customer needs.
Oversee Brand MessagingThe Omnichannel Director will oversee and refine core brand messages to ensure they are tailored to customer needs and coherent across brands and portfolio.
Provide Strategic PartnerThe Omnichannel Director will serve as a strategic partner, providing customer-centric consulting skills, strategy design, and coordination to ensure that the omnichannel strategy is aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Identify and Develop ChannelsThe Omnichannel Director will identify and develop various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.) to ensure comprehensive market coverage and excellent customer engagement.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the Omnichannel Director will hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Life Sciences or a related field, and have minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product management roles within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 Years of People Management Experience
The Omnichannel Director will have a proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth.
Prior Experience in Marketing StrategyThe Omnichannel Director will have prior experience in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
Proven Track Record of Omnichannel SuccessThe Omnichannel Director will have a proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth.
Robust Understanding of Market ResearchThe Omnichannel Director will have a robust understanding of market research and the ability to analyze consumer trends effectively.
Exceptional Analytical and Strategic Thinking SkillsThe Omnichannel Director will have exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
