Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a successful omnichannel strategy for the GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio to ensure an exceptional customer experience, maximize the portfolio's value and reach, and enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
  2. Utilize insights-driven decision-making processes to customize omnichannel strategies for every customer.
  3. Lead campaign development of visual identity brand/portfolio.
  4. Oversee and refine core brand messages to ensure they are tailored to customer needs and coherent across brands and portfolio.
  5. Be a strategic partner, providing customer-centric consulting skills, strategy design and coordination.
  6. Identify and develop various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.) to ensure comprehensive market coverage and excellent customer engagement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing /Life Sciences or a related field, and have minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, marketing or product management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key qualifications include:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in people management.
  2. Prior experience in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  3. Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing successful omnichannel strategies that have fueled business growth.
  4. Robust understanding of market research and the ability to analyze consumer trends effectively.
  5. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  6. Proficiency in managing teams efficiently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
