Electrification Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Electrification Solutions Expert to join our team at ABB A/S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and coordination, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions within budget and timeframe.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with customers, engineering consulting firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver complex projects related to medium voltage switchgears, protection relays, and control systems. You will be responsible for managing projects from tender to delivery, ensuring quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and engineering, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with technical experts to specify solutions, manage site installations, and ensure customer handovers.
- Participate in fact-finding missions, identify business opportunities, and develop proposals to secure new projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
