Job Summary

The Educational Equality Institute is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our HR Team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for open positions through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews with potential candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records of candidate data and communication.
  • Partner with other departments within the organization to ensure that hiring needs are met across the organization.
  • Assist with job posting and advertising processes to attract top talent.
  • Identify and utilize recruitment channels to source candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with candidates at all levels.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, including the use of social media and other online channels to source candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology platforms.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
