Head of German Customer Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to join our German Customer Operations team as Head of Customer Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of customer operations professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English and German
