About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical and Marketing Manager to join our team in Denmark or Sweden. As a key account manager, you will support our customers in the Nordic countries, focusing on clinical and commercial areas.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of SRC to successfully place our clinical solutions on the market.
  • Organize and conduct training and educational events for professional societies, patient support groups, clinical staff, and Philips customers.
  • Ensure Philips product solutions are preferentially used within clinics and homecare domains.
  • Provide pre-sale support for our distribution partner and continuous support throughout tender execution.
  • Gather market and competitive data to support extensive market research and identify market dynamics.
  • Gain knowledge of market and customer requirements, including feedback to optimize future marketing tools.
  • Identify gaps in product and application knowledge among medical device consultants and clinical staff.
  • Support the introduction of new products, including review of necessary localized assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing with first experience in sales of medical devices/consumables; further commercial experience as field sales expert is desirable.
  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferably within the clinical sleep and respiratory domain.
  • Fluent in English and at least 2 NORDIC languages, preferably Danish and Swedish.
  • Based in Denmark or Sweden, working in a hybrid model.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

We believe that teamwork makes us stronger. Our office-based teams work together in-person at least 3 days a week, while field roles require flexibility to work outside the company's facilities.
