As our new Senior LEAN Specialist, you will be part of our newly established Integrated Quality Leadership team. Our team is responsible for driving quality management transformation across all parts of Novo Nordisk.

How You Will Contribute:
• You will lead pilot projects within Integrated Quality Leadership to drive quality management transformation.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the realization of benefits for the projects.
• You will utilize LEAN competencies to co-create value-adding solutions with Line of Business (LoB).
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience applying LEAN solutions at shop floor and/or at system level.
You should also demonstrate a proven track record of successfully driving cross-functional projects from early ideas to realized benefits.
Additionally, you should possess extensive experience in stakeholder management and positive collaboration with stakeholders at various organizational levels and across large organizations.
