Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lead to join our team at Novartis. As a Medical Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of medical responses, as well as providing scientific input into clinical trial and research activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement standard response documents for frequently asked questions, ensuring high-quality and timely responses.
- Provide scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trials and research activities, including initiation and oversight of studies within the therapeutic area.
- Support country strategy for Non-Interventional Studies/Investigator Initiated Trial activities, ensuring alignment with local and global guidelines.
- Coordinate review and approval of medical materials and locally developed promotional materials, ensuring they meet local needs and are reviewed/approved per local/P3 guidelines.
- Ensure medical insights are provided to cross-functional groups, including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, QA, Commercial teams, and others.
- Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement and monitor internal controls within the area of responsibilities.
- Report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt, and distribute marketing samples (where applicable).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs from the Pharma industry.
- Life Sciences Degree.
- Proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Project Management skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement skills.
