As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll ensure that people around the world continue to see Trustpilot everywhere. Your primary responsibility will be to retain a large portfolio of small business customers, acting as a Trusted Advisor, advocating for their needs and driving growth within your portfolio.
Your daily tasks will include maintaining and securing renewal rates of clients from the Rest of Europe markets, managing and administrating your own portfolio of contract renewals for around 300 clients, searching for and identifying growth opportunities, dealing with inbound enquiries from your portfolio, and contributing to developing automated processes and marketing campaigns.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You should be fluent in English and another European language, with some experience in account management, sales, or customer support. A plus if you've demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models.
