We are seeking an European Retail Partnership Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with key retailers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Facing: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and drive business growth.
- Product Forecasting and Replenishment: Collaborate with customers to optimize forecasting and replenishment processes.
- Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profit goals.
- Trade Marketing & Activity Planning: Plan and execute marketing activities and promotions to meet customer needs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize processes.
- Financial: Manage budgets and track spending to meet financial targets.
- Management and Leadership: Lead by example and mentor junior team members.
About You
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, with 2+ years managing key accounts.
- Selling and negotiation skills in an international environment.
- Fluent English, other Scandinavian languages considered a plus.
