As a Digital Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and customer relationships, working closely with regional stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and proactive risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales and Relationship Management

  • Renewal Management: Timely contract renewals and licence agreements for assigned territories.
  • Pipeline Development: Continuously build pipeline and generate demand to achieve 4x pipeline coverage.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to address concerns, answer questions, and provide quotations and renewal motivations.
  • Licence Data Management: Manage and maintain complete CRM and Account hygiene, along with sales cadence, administration, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasting.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Business Development Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, renewals, sales, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Confidently interact with senior leaders and customers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Build effective relationships within the company and with customers/partners.

Requirements:

  • Data Analysis: Complex data manipulation using Excel and other BI tools.
  • IFS.com Knowledge: Knowledge of IFS.com or comparable technologies: ERP, EAM, and/or FSM.
  • Reading Comprehension: Strong comprehension of common law.
