Enterprise Sales Executive

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Renewal Sales Representative to join our team at Animate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing SaaS subscriptions & licensing renewal contracts, associated software maintenance & support contracts, as well as up-selling / cross-selling additional software subscriptions and professional services.
You will present new and enhanced products and services, deal with customer issues and concerns to ensure continuation of services. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating accurate customer contact details, contractual information, and ongoing client correspondence in the CRM.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, negotiate, and close SaaS subscriptions, and maintenance & support renewals.
- Proactively manage renewal quotes and orders before contract expiration, and secure timely contractual commitments for renewal of services.
- Engage in ongoing dialogue with customer contacts throughout the renewal sales process to communicate the value of our client's products and services, ensuring the highest possible rate of renewal.
- Conduct sales portfolio risk analysis renewals and associated contracts.
- Escalate and coordinate issues as they arise to ensure timely resolution.
- Keep the CRM system updated with current and accurate information.
Your Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience gained in SaaS software or technology sales as a Renewals Specialist, Senior Sales Development Rep (SDR/BDR), Inside Sales, Internal Sales, Junior Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar client-facing role within an enterprise software vendor.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- A professional degree at the bachelor's level.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-facing skills, with an exceptional telephone manner.
- Fluent in verbal and written English, with excellent phone presence. Danish or other Nordic language would be a distinct advantage.
