About the Role

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities among existing customers in the DACH region and other European countries.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in selling complex software to large enterprise customers, ideally in the manufacturing industry. They will also have a strong track record of meeting sales revenue goals and solid experience in building professional relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business with existing clients in alignment with the company and sales strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships with our enterprise customers being the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for customer account management matters.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • Answer client queries and support challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
