What will your responsibilities entail?
As a Senior Business Architect within our Business Architecture Team, you will engage as a consultant across various clients and projects concurrently, collaborating with the wider organization to elevate our service offerings. Your primary focus will encompass:
- Providing strategic operational guidance to clients while aligning with their internal processes and local requirements.
- Overseeing the progress of programs across Business Architecture initiatives, addressing challenges, and identifying synergies.
- Evaluating clients' existing organizational structures to comprehend their vision, history, and operational methodologies, recommending enhancements to their operational frameworks.
- Assisting businesses in future planning by grasping their strategic objectives and designing operational models to support these goals.
- Facilitating organizational transformation through effective strategic communication planning and execution.
- Managing expectations throughout the change process and applying a structured change management approach.
- Monitoring and guiding modifications to clients' marketing processes, collaboration tools, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring successful organizational adaptation to change.

In this role, you will be part of a team of highly skilled process consultants in a dynamic and international environment, providing ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Your work will involve close collaboration with experts from various domains, including technology, data, creative, and client services.
What qualifications do you bring?
We seek an analytical individual who thrives on delving into details while maintaining a holistic perspective on organizational design and processes. You should be proactive, a collaborative team player, and adept at building and nurturing relationships.
Additionally, you should possess:
- A relevant master's degree or PhD, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Architect, Business Process Consultant, or Change Management Consultant, or possess a robust analytical background, such as a PhD. Experience in an agency or consultancy setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proven ability to navigate complex environments both independently and collaboratively.
- The capacity to oscillate between high-level strategic thinking and detailed analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in research, writing, and presentation.
- A high level of proficiency in PowerPoint.
Flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential, as many clients and colleagues operate across different time zones.
