About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at GlobalConnect A/S. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, from initial meetings to final hires.
  • Source and assess candidates using our assessment tools, ensuring efficiency, quality, and inclusivity.
  • Develop and implement recruitment processes that align with our business goals and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in A-Z recruitment processes, with a strong understanding of the different stages in a recruitment process.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, with the ability to create content in both languages.
