Your Role & Impact:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our LiveOps Team as a Game Economy Manager. This role plays a crucial part in delivering fantastic player experiences while driving commercial success. As a Game Economy Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, improving, and ensuring the overall health of our game economies and maximizing revenue and retention of our hit game Lily's Garden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data, design, and product teams to improve the game experience and maximize revenue and retention.
- Monitor and balance the live game economy by reacting to issues, testing variations, and optimizing sales and events to maximize their impact for key player cohorts.
- Develop progression and reward structures, currency balancing, and other economy aspects to enhance player experiences.
- Simulate and forecast the impact of new and existing features on the game economy.
- Research and implement new economy strategies and tools for game balancing, monetization, and retention.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who has contributed to growing free-to-play mobile games in the past, understands how the interaction of systems and currencies influences both the player experience and the game's financial performance, and feels comfortable working cross-functionally with Game Designers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists.
