Who We Seek

We are in search of a professional who possesses the ability to interpret customer requirements and provide tailored advice or Caseware solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting both our existing and prospective clients.

Your Contributions

You excel at identifying customer inquiries and understanding their needs, effectively communicating these insights to our internal teams. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate documentation in a timely manner. Recognizing potential bottlenecks, you will proactively suggest improvements to both internal and external stakeholders. You are also willing to share your knowledge by training colleagues on our software, inspiring our sales team to accurately represent our products to clients.

Daily Responsibilities

Your work will involve a mix of internal collaboration and customer engagement, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities. One day may involve sharing insights with your colleagues about our software, while another may focus on identifying a bottleneck and transforming it into a product enhancement.

Key Qualifications

  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • Several years of experience as a Sales Consultant.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting processes and commerce.
  • Familiarity with Caseware products is advantageous.
  • Affinity for accounting and ICT.
  • Proactive learner with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while easily collaborating with colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English.
  • Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
