About the Role

Caseware International is seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant to join our team. As a Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for translating customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions.

Your primary focus will be on understanding customer requirements and developing effective solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our products are presented in a compelling and effective manner.

We are looking for a professional who is able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting processes and commerce, as well as experience working with Caseware products. You should also have a perfect command of the English language and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with market and professional developments to apply to the work

Requirements

  • Relevant working and thinking level (HBO)
  • Several years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and commerce
  • Experience working with Caseware products is an advantage
  • Perfect command of the English language
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
