Advanced Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Procurement Professional to join our team in Aseptic Manufacturing Gentofte. As a key member of our Finance and Procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving procurement agendas and supporting the organizational growth from a procurement perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a procurement specialist and support line of business in their requirements for consumables and spare parts.
- Approve and challenge purchase requests to achieve competitive sourcing targets, while managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk Procurement for Manufacturing (PfM) rules.
- Contribute to the overview of all AM GE locally signed contracts and agreements.
- Manage the procurement process from end-to-end, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and processing invoices.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible price and delivery terms.
- An academic degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or a related field.
- Experience in navigating complex organizational structures, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to create processes to implement new initiatives while maintaining compliance and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and experience with ERP Systems, BSM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
