Cloud Solutions Executive

Databricks is a leading cloud-based data analytics platform that helps organizations unlock insights from their data. We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Executive to join our Enterprise Sales Team in the Nordics. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region, and developing and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with company goals and objectives. You will need to build relationships with key decision-makers, influence them to adopt Databricks solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
About the Role
This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value of Databricks solutions to clients. You will need to possess a strong business acumen, be able to analyze complex data sets, and develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with sales methodologies and process, and have experience developing partnerships with 'champions' and client teams to support execution of your territory plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influence them to adopt Databricks solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements

- A strong track record of success in enterprise sales.
