Role Summary
  • This strategic leadership role will be responsible for Customer Success for the Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area across Western Europe.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Analytics Consultancy/Market Research leadership roles and expertise in Brand & Media Solutions.
  • They will collaborate with the Regional Customer Success lead to design the practice area organization and support revenue growth by driving repeat sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
