About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Clinical Supplies team at Novo Nordisk. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing and digitalizing processes to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects to optimize and digitalize processes in Clinical Supplies, making a tangible impact on our operations
  • Negotiate project resources with line managers and manage these resources during project execution
  • Gather input from cross-functional teams and create plans to help the team produce deliverables on schedule
  • Assess the business case foundations and challenge assumptions
  • In addition to managing project execution, engage in project initiation, hand-over, and process verification
  • Track progress, address issues with team members and line managers, and report to steering groups
Requirements
  • Hold a master's degree related to supply chain, engineering, economics, natural science or similar, with over 5 years of solid project management experience
  • Have a curious and impatient mindset, eager to challenge the status quo, accompanied by strong change management skills
  • Exhibit good interpersonal skills and proven experience in managing project teams, stakeholders, and steering groups at different organizational levels
  • Show an interest in understanding the 'why' and effectively leverage the team and colleagues to make the best decisions
  • Ability to thrive in uncertain environments
