Job Title

Montessori Educator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Montessori Educator to join our team at Tinytots International Daycare and Preschool in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement activities and lessons within the overall curriculum framework.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and modelling for teachers and assistants.
  • Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, and safe.
  • Observe and record children’s growth, development, and behaviour.
  • Build good communication with children, families, administration, and staff.
Requirements
  • High-level fluency in English (minimum C1 level, IELTS band 7.5 and above) is required.
  • Training and certification in Montessori pedagogy and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementation are required.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in Positive Behaviour Management is required.
