In this position, you will join the Manufacturing Technology team, focusing on the optimization and implementation of new production methodologies and equipment. Your primary objective will be to pinpoint potential enhancement areas and identify the need for new tools, production, and testing equipment to boost flow, output, and quality. Specifically, your core responsibilities will include:


• Collaborating with R&D and NPI to define production requirements

• Developing production and testing concepts and processes, along with the necessary documentation

• Optimizing and implementing processes based on LEAN principles

• Monitoring, managing, controlling, and optimizing costs while driving continuous improvements

• Overseeing and managing corrective actions

• Leading projects related to the optimization and implementation of production equipment and processes.

• Maintaining production specifications


• Identifying opportunities to enhance the quality of production processes.

You possess the qualities needed to excel in the robotics frontier

• An educational background in production engineering or electronics engineering, with experience in manufacturing and assembly processes and/or automation technology

• Solid technical experience in production, assembly, and/or testing of automation technology or electronic equipment

• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a keen interest in mechanics and their interaction with electronics

• Experience in project management is advantageous


• Proficiency in office software and familiarity with JIRA, AX, and Arena PLM systems

• Fluency in both Danish and English
