Henninng Larsen is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Global Design Director and Director of Henning Larsen in Denmark.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings and seminars across different time zones and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, tracking deadlines and agendas to ensure smooth communication.
- Draft, edit, and proofread multi-disciplinary documents, including agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence.
- Perform other tasks as required, including onboarding new colleagues, screening mailboxes, and settling travel expenses.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with expertise in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A high degree of flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail, with excellent document handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
