Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a member of a dedicated team of Finance Business Partners, you will collaborate closely with leaders across various Business Units. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding the Business Unit through the complete annual financial cycle, which includes monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and contributing to strategic financial planning.
  • Implementing performance management frameworks and processes, while providing valuable input for developing relevant metrics.
  • Engaging in M&A initiatives, particularly in the execution of acquisitions.
  • Overseeing financial processes within the Business Unit, acting as a liaison between the Business Unit and Group Finance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, applying best practices, and driving efficiencies in financial operations.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner within a global organization or in a similar finance/FP&A role.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Management Accounting, or a related field.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various managerial levels in a fast-paced business environment.
  • A strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver valuable outcomes and meet strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to foster successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
