You will be responsible for planning and coordinating on-site activities, including resource allocation, equipment management, and milestone tracking. Your expertise in construction project management will help us deliver high-quality results while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and other local stakeholders. You will work closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site activities with project managers, including resource allocation, equipment management, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with project health and safety plans and maintain up-to-date risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
  • Manage sub-contractors to ensure quality and progress meet delivery date and agreed standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, tracking actual spend against forecasts.
  • Report regularly to project managers on site activities, HSE, quality, progress, and cost.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent skills.
  • Few years' experience as a site manager in construction and/or installation business.
  • Good understanding of transmission regulations and current HSE legislation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Danish and good communication skills in English.
