Job DescriptionThis role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead our efforts in digitalizing the way we work in a production context, setting the strategic direction for tech areas impacting production sites worldwide. You will engage with stakeholders across the value chain while implementing cutting-edge technologies.
You will be part of the management team in the DD&IT PS unit Technology Foundation & Transformation, where we unite to change the way we work in Product Supply. Our department has a global presence, spanning five continents, with over 20,000 employees worldwide, responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership in PS Technology Partnering and partner with various stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
- Ensure an optimal strategy that sets ambitious yet realistic goals for the department.
- Manage and develop a unit of approximately 30-45 dedicated employees, split into teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong people management skills, acting as an authentic and credible role model for our values, demonstrating integrity, personal drive, and strategic insight
- Certain understanding of various production processes, IT complexities, GxP regulations, etc., with high-level complexity due to global impact
- Experience within Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe), IT/tech in a GxP context, and cutting-edge technologies
- At least 10 years of work experience, ideally in the interface between production and IT, with solid leadership experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of creating business results in a complex matrix set-up
The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
