About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join our Ad Sales Department at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our advertising and sponsorship portfolio across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a named client portfolio and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) such as meeting frequency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to strengthen our position in the market.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term plans for advertisers to achieve their goals.
  • Prepare and execute effective client meetings, negotiate contracts, and ensure campaigns are booked correctly and on time.
  • Participate in relationship-building activities such as customer events and networking activities with clients and advertising agencies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated results of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in media sales, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Commercial education on a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Experience with digital advertising sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and thrive in a dynamic environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Strong multitasking and analytical skills to prioritize tasks and maintain an overview.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, high energy, and a natural winning mentality.
  • English language skills at a level where you can communicate with colleagues and clients in the Nordic region.
