">As an Associate/Senior Associate on our Fund Performance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting the performance of our managed funds.
">You will be required to create complex financial models, prepare co-investor cash flow forecasts, and assist in establishing general employee incentive programs.
">Additionally, you will support our co-investors by facilitating annual information meetings on overall co-investment performance for relevant CIP employees.
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A relevant master's degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field.">
- Between 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.">
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.">
- Strong Excel and Power Point skills.">
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.">
- A strong passion for the renewable energy sector and a commitment to sustainability.">
Experience with or interest in the renewable energy sector is an advantage but not a requirement.
