Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for directing our Talent Acquisition efforts (A-Z) for our Investment and Investment Management teams across EMEA. You will work closely with hiring managers to scope roles/areas, drive kick-off meetings, create job ads, select/source candidates, interview, and advise on the offer stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key stakeholders as the trusted advisor in relation to Talent Acquisition matters
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying, proactively sourcing, and managing high-quality candidates through our candidate lifecycle
  • Build talent pipelines and market intelligence by mapping companies, candidates, networks, geographies, etc.
  • Embed best practices, manage process effectiveness, and optimize our candidate experience
  • Utilize data and key metrics to track performance and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of full-time experience from a similar position in Private Equity, Investment/Investment Banking, or a top consulting firm
  • Proven track record of filling positions through structured candidate sourcing in EMEA
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Curiosity, self-drive, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a complex organization with high quality standards
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, and great communication skills
