We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated law professional to join our legal and compliance team. As a result of a significant increase in assets and funds managed, we aim to add a new team member to fill a newly established role.

About the Job
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on fund launch and structuring projects across various credit investment platforms.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund documents, investment management and trading agreements.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and updating corporate agreements.
  • Assessing, reviewing and implementing applicable financial legislation.
  • Synchronizing compliance with internal processes.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in law or law & finance.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment funds and asset management legislation is advantageous.
  • Experience from an in-house legal function within asset management is beneficial.
  • A curious, analytical mindset and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer a competitive salary ranging from 550,000 DKK to 650,000 DKK per year, depending on experience.
