Digital Product Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Product Strategist to drive the product strategy and execution plan for our Order Handling domain.

About the Role:
You will join a talented team passionate about prioritising customer needs while delivering value for the business. The ideal candidate is motivated by complex problems while driving for simplicity and scale within their solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic priorities, ensuring all product teams are prioritising and delivering to achieve goals.
- Manage roadmaps and value realisation for multi-disciplinary teams to iteratively deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Set measurable goals for products that roll up into portfolio success measures and value drivers. Report against these monthly to demonstrate progress against stated benefits.
- Develop an expert understanding of customers' needs and promote these in product delivery, advocating user-centred design to the wider business.
- Coordinate product development with other product teams to minimise risks and manage dependencies.
- Engage with users, customers, and stakeholders through various channels to encourage awareness and use of products.
- Participate in programme management activities, supporting the head of product, and contribute to the Maersk.com product team, sharing learning and celebrating progress.
About You:
- Proactively identify opportunities, self-motivated to achieve goals, and take initiative to make change happen.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills tailored to audience needs.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from across the business, including senior stakeholders, representing team work and demonstrating its contribution to overall company priorities.
- Proven track record guiding multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver scalable products from MVP to full digital maturity.
- Committed to delivering measurable results, self-assured, and interpreting data to make evidence-based decisions.
- Dedicated to understanding user needs and eager to learn about diverse business functions, using knowledge to inform product decisions.
- Motivated to develop product principles, practices, and processes allowing teams to collaboratively build the right thing, the right way.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per year, depending on experience.
