Job Description

As a HR Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our SAP SuccessFactors solution in Denmark. You will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth coordination of project activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities such as scheduling meetings and sending communication materials.
  • Plan and coordinate testing, translation, and change activities.
  • Prepare training and change materials.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of project documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the project team in tracking progress and resolving issues.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project decisions.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

Requirements

  • You should be currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Management, or a related field).
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in HR and project management is desirable.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English.
