Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team, focusing on staffing and communication for our Global Travel Retail division. The ideal candidate will have strong language and communication skills, experience in global travel retail, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating staff across the globe for our clients
  • Internal communication with promotion staff
  • Scheduling staff shifts and tracking sales data
  • Ongoing assurance that staff meet our clients' needs and expectations
  • Recruitment around the world
  • Training and motivation of the staff
  • Procurement of staff materials, branding materials, and coordination with airports, etc.
  • Budgeting and client reporting
  • Payroll-related tasks
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and preferably Danish
  • Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and at least one additional language at a high level
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Enjoyment of administrative tasks and an efficient work style
  • Ability to manage small projects
  • Great IT skills – especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, independent, and energetic
  • Skilled at showing empathy, particularly through messages, calls, and emails
  • Experience in Global Travel Retail is an advantage
