Driving Quality Governance in Software Development
Our Quality Control and Release Management department within the Operational Technology Software organization seeks an exceptional Quality Lead to bridge the gap between central governance functions and agile development teams. This role requires a visionary individual with a passion for delivering built-in, best-in-class quality.
As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for assessing ART-specific quality-related pain points, representing the Agile Release Train (ART) in quality governance meetings, driving implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a quality culture and mindset.
What it Takes to Succeed
- Hold an academic degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field, with a strong focus on quality governance in CI/CD environments.
- Have substantial experience in software quality governance related functions, preferably in an industrial software development organization.
- Be proficient in applying agile software development practices, such as SAFe, and have experience with Continuous Delivery methodology.
- Possess excellent communication and people skills, with a proven track record in coaching or leading distributed teams.
- Have outstanding English verbal and written language skills, with a basic understanding of Danish advantageous.
