Jobbeskrivelse

I rollen som rekrutteringschef vil du være ansvarlig for at drive vores rekrutteringsproces fra A til Z. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores ledere for at sikre, at vi finder og tiltrækker de bedste kandidater til vores teams. Din opgave vil være at implementere den rette proces for dine stakeholdere, og du skal have erfaring med at drive TA-agendaen for dine stakeholders.

Du vil også være ansvarlig for at coache og rådgive vores ledere om rekruttering og teamopsætning. Dessuden skal du spille en central rolle i at udvikle og implementere nye strategier indenfor talent acquisition. Du vil være med til at drive vores team fremad, og du skal være villig til at tage ansvar for dine resultater.

Forventede kvalifikationer

Først og fremmest søger vi en person med stærke ledelsesfærdigheder og erfaring med at drive rekrutteringsprocessen fra A til Z. Du skal have en god forståelse af vores virksomhed og være i stand til at kommunikere effektivt med vores ledere og andre afdelinger. Erfaring med at bruge AI- baserede rekrutteringsverktøjer ville være et plus.

Du skal være en teamspiller, der kan samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger, og du skal være villig til at lære og udvikle dig selv konstant. Derudover skal du have en god forretningssammenhæng og kunne se tingene fra en overordnet synsvinkel. Gennem dine erfaringer har du udviklet din evne til at tænke kritisk og være fleksibel under pres.
