Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Mediterranean region, driving talent acquisition strategies and contributing to the growth of Accor's workforce. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Employer Branding Strategy: Develop and execute social media campaigns highlighting employee stories and company culture, partner with universities for internships and recruitment events, encourage employee referrals and online advocacy, and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings to onboarding new hires, identify recruitment needs, and align expectations with key stakeholders, ensure timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with hotel owners, general managers, and department heads to define recruitment strategies, align on candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the hospitality sector, expertise in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns, consultative abilities with a knack for influencing and building relationships.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, proficiency in cost estimation and proposal preparation, ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals, enthusiasm for employer branding and innovative recruitment practices.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a significant plus, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, health insurance, travel discounts, flexible work arrangements, opportunities for career growth and professional development.
