Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Researcher to join our team at DTU Energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced materials engineering and experience with leading research projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new piezoelectric oxide thin-film materials compatible with existing silicon technology.

  1. Establish optimal deposition conditions of highly textured oxide films on Si using wafer-scale sputtering (also using pulsed laser deposition, PLD).
  2. Engineer new piezoelectric oxide thin films by controlling ionic defects.
