We are looking for an experienced Information Management Specialist to join our Information Management team.

The successful candidate will have excellent client-facing and communication skills, with experience at a super user level with document management systems including SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement information management strategies to ensure effective data quality and compliance.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address information management needs.
  3. Design and implement effective document management systems and procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  5. Provide training and support to colleagues on information management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Library and Information Science or similar.
  • 5+ years' experience as an Information Management Specialist.
  • Proven working experience in the field of Records and Information Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in international standards e.g. ISO.
