We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our Systems & Software Solutions initiatives in Denmark. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and development, while collaborating with our local team of sales engineers.

As a Sales Leadership Professional, you will be responsible for developing and deploying effective sales strategies, facilitating regular sales management reviews, and ensuring the continuous improvement of processes and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement tailored sales plans to meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Nordics SYSS Sales Director to drive business growth across various product portfolios.
  3. Work closely with other Country Sales Managers and functional sales managers to increase business potential for Emerson.
  4. Sales Activity Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales channel plans.
  5. Orders Forecasting: Coordinate data collection and conduct regular performance reviews across designated regions.
  6. Develop quantitative and qualitative business targets for designated resources in collaboration with the Nordic SYSS Sales Director.
  7. Represent Emerson in customer interactions, driving their dedication as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  8. Ensure sales excellence by maintaining business data accuracy and integrity in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in technical sales.
  • Proven record of direct selling in a technical environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Industry proficiency and application knowledge required.
